Aylsham Runners is for anyone who is passionate about running, our membership ranges from those who actively compete in road, cross country, fell and ultra distance events to those who just enjoy a social run and want to keep up their fitness levels. 

We offer 3-4 training sessions and social runs per week, each session starts at Aylsham Recreation Ground, see map below or use What3Words ///payback.recording.computer.

Mondays 6:30-7:30pm Social Run – usually meeting at Aylsham Recreation Ground (off Burgh Road or Sir Williams Lane) – pleade contact us if it’s your first run just in case we have a different start point.

Various distances offered ranging from 5-8K. Suitable for mixed abilities including improvers with a tail runner/walker at the rear so no one is left behind.

Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm Strength & Effort Sessions – meeting at Aylsham Recreation Ground (off Burgh Road or Sir Williams Lane).

This is our main club night. These coached sessions are designed to help you improve your running, you will run at your own pace, and are suitable for new and advanced runners. Two different sessions are available each week so you can pick the session most suitable for you and your goal.

Sundays (every week) 8:00-9:00/9:30am Longer Social Run – meeting at Aylsham Recreation Ground (off Burgh Road or Sir Williams Lane).

Every Sunday we meet for a longer run of 10K+. Great to explore the local area and have a good chinwag!
